Please join Save our Stow campaigners outside the Council offices, Town Hall, Walthamstow, from midday on Friday 5 September, to keep the plight of The Stow in the Council’s mind.
We need to prove that the greyhound industry is not dead and that Walthamstow can operate as a viable business. We will once again have the support of MP’s Neil Gerrard and Iain Duncan Smith and will be inviting sports minister Gerry Sutcliffe to join us to help reopen Walthamstow.
SOS spokesman Ricky Holloway says: “We need to make this protest as strong as possible. There are no excuses now. If you want Walthamstow to be the number one track in the country again, you should be there.”
So, please come along and as before spread the word! We need as many people as possible there to show the Council how important this is to the community.
